Our rewards program is tiered—the more you engage, the more perks you earn. Members
get reward points for each purchase, which can be redeemed for future discounts.

Yes, your purchases will still accumulate points even if you haven't created an account yet. However, to redeem these points, you need to create an account here. Once you do, you'll be able to view your points balance and use them towards future purchases.

Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the rewards page to get started.
Earning & Redeeming
Exchanging your points for rewards is easy! Log in, shop, and go to checkout. Select your reward and click apply. Note: $15 off requires a $99+ spend, and $30 or $45 off requires a $150+ spend.
● 300 points = $15
● 600 points = $30
● 900 points = $45
Higher tiers in our VIP program earn points faster. While 300 points always equal $15:
● Admirer (Bronze) earn 1 point per dollar. For example, spend $150, earn 150 points.
● Enthusiast (Silver) earn 1.25 points per dollar. Spend $150, earn 187.5 points.
● Devotee (Gold) earn 1.5 points per dollar. Spend $150, earn 225 points.
For starters, every member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Besides earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account, leave a review, or like us on Facebook to earn more points. Check out all the ways to earn here on the rewards page .
Program Limitations
Nope! That's the best part about being a rewards member! You'll always have opportunities to earn more points by shopping with us and engaging with our brand and community online
Yes, your points will expire 365 days from their earned date.
No. Points earned in your customer account are not transferable to any other person or customer account.
VIP Program Questions
Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend in a rolling year (e.g., from July 18, 2024, to July 17, 2025):
● Admirer (Bronze): Spend $1 to $499
● Enthusiast (Silver): Spend $500 to $1499
● Devotee (Gold): Spend $1500 or more
Once you qualify, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. As you progress through the VIP tiers, you'll retain all benefits from your previous tier.
On the rewards page , you'll find a progress bar showing your current tier and how much more you need to spend to reach the next tier. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around them on the rewards page.
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
Once you are in Admirer (Bronze), Enthusiast (Silver) or Devotee (Gold), you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!
Troubleshooting
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at advice@adorncosmetics.com.au to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is cancelled for any reason.
You work hard to earn points, and we want you to feel confident that all your points are where they should be—in your account! Here are a few tips if you're experiencing issues:
1. System Communication Delay: Points may take from minutes to several hours to appear in your account due to system communication delays.
2. Troubleshooting Tips:
   a. Try refreshing your browser.
   b. Log out and then log back into your account.
   c. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to verify if points were added.
3. Contact Customer Support: If you still find discrepancies in your points balance,
contact our customer support team at advice@adorncosmetics.com.au and they'll
investigate the issue for you.
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message:
● Possible Mistype: There may have been a mistyped email address or missing commas between multiple email addresses.
● Solution: To avoid confusion, we suggest entering each email address individually and clicking ‘send’ after each one, rather than uploading them all at once.
If you continue to experience issues with email referrals, we recommend using your
unique referral link or sharing the referral via Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to ensure
you receive credit. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team at

Here are the details for our referral program:
● Referred friends must be first-time customers for both of you to receive the referral rewards.
● Initiate referrals through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or use your unique referral link.
● $20 in points are added to your account when your friend completes their first purchase over $150.
● You'll receive an email notification when a referral makes a purchase using your code and points are added to your account. Check your ‘Rewards History’ for a list of referral points received.
Birthday Reward
Add your birthday under 'Ways to Earn Points' on the rewards page. On your birthday, we'll send you a special discount code via email, valid for 30 days from your birthday.
Please note:
● Your birthday code is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned.
● To receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, register your birthday at least 30 days in advance.
● If your birthday is within 30 days of registration, you'll receive your birthday bonus 30 days after registration, applicable only in the first year.
● Subsequent birthday bonuses will be emailed on your birthday.
● If you register your birthday after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will be added on your birthday in the following year.
Checkout
To redeem your points at checkout, select the drop-down box above your cart total to choose the amount you want to apply, then click the "APPLY" button.
You must have a minimum balance of at least 300 points each time you make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of $15. For instance, $15 off requires a $99+ spend, while $30 or $40 off requires a $150+ spend.
