How It Works:Choose a Full-Size Foundation Shade You are welcome to use our colour-matching service or book a Virtual Consultation. 1. Test the sample shade that's the same as the full-size foundation first. If it’s a match, open and enjoy your full-size foundation! Keep the extra sample shades for contouring, eyeshadow, bronzer—or gift them! The Shade Wasn't A Match? 1. If the full-size shade sample is not a match, test the two remaining sample shades. 3. If none of the samples are a match, call or email us, and we will send you more shades to try! |

Select your foundation shade, and we’ll include a sample in your chosen shade, plus one shade lighter and one shade darker.Open and trial the samples to check for the best colour match before opening the full-size product.
If the sample of the selected shade is incorrect and you prefer one of the other samples, return the unopened full-size foundation to us, and we’ll send you the correct shade. Please email advice@adorncosmetics.com.au for instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that return postage is the customer’s responsibility, but we will cover the cost of sending out the correct shade.
If the full-size foundation has been opened, we cannot offer an exchange.
